Childrearing Care Plan

Creating a childrearing care plan ensures that you can get regular advice about your concerns and worries.You have three chances to create specific parts of your care plan: after your pregnancy is confirmed, before and after childbirth, and around your child’s first birthday.We will discuss with you about what to do during your pregnancy, your childrearing goals, and what support the city offers. 

When and where to create the plan

After pregnancy is confirmed

The first part of your care plan will be drafted together when you receive your Mother and Child Health Handbook.

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m.to 5 p.m., Hello Baby Room (Health Center 1F)
• Sunday, 8:30 a.m.to 5 p.m., Child Services Section (City Hall 2F)

Before or after childbirth, before or after child’s first birthday

Monday to Friday: 9 to 11:30 a.m., 1 to 4 p.m., Childrearing Support Room (Health Center 1F)

• Your set of childrearing care plan file (if you already have one)
