Water, electricity, gas
If you will be starting or stopping the use of electricity, gas or water because you are moving or other reason, you must contact each company separately.
Contact your current electric company (such as Tokyo Electric Power), gas company (Keiyo Gas), and Chiba Public Enterprise Bureau (for water services) by phone or via the Internet.
Electric and gas bills are paid monthly, while water and sewage bills are paid every two months.
