Citizens Plaza Wave101
The Citizens Plaza has large and small multipurpose halls, a citizens’ gallery, a citizens salon, and a practice room where residents can meet and interact as well as present and appreciate art.The halls are also used to host events such as concerts and plays.A fee is required to use the facilities.

9 a.m.to 9 p.m.(the dedicated elevator can be used from 8:45 a.m.)
Closed on the first and third Wednesdays (however, it is open if the day falls on a national holiday) and during year-end/New Year holidays.It may also be closed for facility maintenance.
